Nigeria's former Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission, (SEC) Arunma Oteh under the former President Goodluck Jonathan's administration has been appointed the Vice President and Treasurer at World Bank.
Arunma Oteh's tenure at SEC led to a lot of transformations.
